- Public Submission Data: Target product URL, product name, tagline, and logo image URL.
- Ranking & Metrics: Total confirmed bid amount, bid confirmation timestamps, and outbound click counts.
- Technical Metadata: Anonymized IP addresses and request timestamps utilized exclusively for rate limiting, DDoS defense, and abuse prevention.
2. Zero Payment Card Storage (PCI Compliance)

All payment transactions are processed entirely through our payment partner, Dodo Payments. We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely to:
- Publish and maintain your product ranking on the public leaderboard.
- Display your claimed 30-day runway slot on the top banner.
- Prevent fraud, bot attacks, and replay attacks on our payment systems.
- Provide customer support when requested.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties or marketing brokers. We share data only with:
- Payment Partners (Dodo Payments): For payment verification, transaction fraud defense, and receipt delivery.
- Hosting & Database Infrastructure (Vercel & Supabase): For reliable, encrypted cloud hosting and database persistence.
5. Cookies and Tracking
HARLaunchBid does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. We use only essential functional session storage to maintain real-time leaderboard polling.
