By accessing, submitting a product, or placing a bid on HARLaunchBid (“harlaunchbid.in”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

HARLaunchBid is an interactive, bid-ranked product launch directory and advertising platform. We provide promotional visibility for websites, startups, and software products through:

• Leaderboard Placements: Real-time ranked directory entries determined strictly by cumulative confirmed bid amounts ($4 USD minimum).
• Runway Slots: Fixed 30-day premium feature slots positioned in the top banner ($29 USD fixed price).

3. Digital Fulfillment & Non-Refundable Policy

Because promotional impressions and positioning are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, all sales, bids, and slot purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by Dodo Payments (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not collect, view, or store raw credit card credentials on our servers. By completing a transaction, you authorize Dodo Payments and its banking partners to charge your designated payment method.

5. Content Guidelines & Right of Removal

You warrant that you own or are authorized to promote the URL submitted. We strictly prohibit listings that contain:

• Malicious software, phishing schemes, or illegal activities.
• Deceptive, fraudulent, or defamatory content.
• Adult content, hate speech, or intellectual property infringements.

We reserve the right to remove any listing violating these rules without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

HARLaunchBid is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific amounts of web traffic, clicks, or commercial conversions from leaderboard placements.
